How to bake Tart Alba
A tart is a baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open-top deliberately not covered with pastry. A pastry is usually identified as of shortbread pastry or Pâte sucrée.
The Tart Alba filling is composed of a tender hazelnut sponge-associated with a thin layer of old fashioned praline and gianduja milk chocolate ganache and topped with a pure hazelnut whipped cream iced with a natural praline frosting.
