This pastry lover, born in Senegal from Lebanese parents, graduated in Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2000 and trained in the finest establishments in France.

A member of Les Toques Blanches Du Monde, International cheese Guild and brand ambassador for Elle & Vire, Valrhona, and Carpigiani Italia.

Chef Bourgi is always looking for unique and delicious creations to reach excellence.

His desserts and creations have earned him the acclaimed more than half a million followers in social networks. Currently, he is active as a private consultant and instructs pastry master classes all over the world.
